  • day 1/30

    I dont look fat, but my weight says otherwise.
    I look slim, but the scale says I'm 123 lbs/ 56.2 kgs.

    Fuck. That number is going to get to 103.
    I need to lose weight. Im not going to put up with my bullshit anymore.
    I'm going to exercise everynight. I do a little workout; not sure how many calories it burns, but it makes me feel better about my intake for the day.

    Speaking of intake, I dont even eat that much, yet I can gain weight so easily.
    I think my body has a problem, but its time to work against the odds.

    p.s. I now have a lovely boyfriend. One month last monday. He shall be my motivation(:

    Operation "lose-20-lbs", you're starting tonight, beginning with my workout.

  • Hello there

    Hello ladies(: I've been on a hiatus for waay too long. Its time to get back in shape and to stay in control of myself!

    Its not my senior year of high school! Truthfully, I'm quite stressed due to college applications and scholarship apps, as well as retaking my SAT's and possibly my ACT's. Not only that, but I'm in a financial crisis now since everything costs SO much, especially since I want to make my last Key Club year the best. i've. ever. had. My 18th birthday is also coming up in a few months (around 5 months) and I'm ridiculously excited for that.

    This summer, I've turned into a bad girl (not really LOL). I went to parties, got buzzed, stayed out all night, and what not. ITs not even as bad as it sounds, but I'm changing. For the better hopefully. I dont want to regret not making high school worth it. I dont want to regret saving things that couldnt be saved in the long run. Its time to live my life to the fullest.

    So, my weight's been very inconsistent. around this time last year, i was 122 lbs, which was a high for me. I'm back down to 115-117 lbs, but I want that number to go down, especially since I want to look hot for senior ball, which is in May. Ima try to do things healthy this time around, but start to limit foods and last night snacking. Hopefully that'll cut down some weight so I can go back down to 110 by december.

    Aand, tonight is homecoming(: I have this gorgeous teal dress. Pictures will be posted later (when I get around to it haha)

  • Hey ladies(: So this past saturday was my Junior Prom(: I went with a friend, who was a senior, and it was pretty great. Pictures and dinner was amazing. The venue was really nice too(: The dancing however, was pretty awkward, I admit, because he was a horrible person to dance wth. He moved too quick and he bounced around like there was no tomorrow. He also didnt take control and he barely touched me, so dancing with him was fast and uncoordinated ROTFLAMO. The more I think about it, the funnier and the more awkward it actually gets hahahhaa

    weightwise, I'm not sure how much I've lost, But prom night, I probably lost a pound or so from the sweat and dancing haha. My legs were legitamately sore afterwards

    this coming saturday I'm going to Anaheim for Key Club DCON `11:DDDD

    IM SO EXCITED.

    but I do need to lose more weight until then. I wanna look good(:

  • MC Day 0 (again)

    Well ladies, today didnt go quite as planned. I got everything ready for Day 1 on MC: I had my senna laxative tea yesterday night just to start the process, I had my lemonade ready to go (I had 2 servings today between 7:00am - 4:00 pm) And I was so cleansed out for those 9 hours, and then when I got home, I stayed away from food. I actually wasnt that hungry in the first place.

    And then my mom got home...I think you can guess what happened. She went grocery shopping. I couldnt aviod the food when she was there, so I ate. Not just anything, but BREAD. those fucking carbs. Goddammit.

    So tomorrow will officially be the first day of my MC. No interruptions again.

    I was sort of skeptical when I bought the senna laxative tea, especially since I've never used something like that to get rid of constipation (the word actually embarasses me LOL). But I was really shocked when it worked! My intestines feel so...clean haha. The only problem is that if took forever to create bowel movements, so I was forced to poop at school -______-" I never ever wanna do that again, just in case someone accidently hears me...you know, explode lmfao. So my main concern is finding a time to drink the tea, relieve myslef, all before school even starts. It might be difficult though, because I had my first bowel movements 8 hours after I drank the tea, and the movements continued throughout the day...The good thing though, was that my pants felt looser immediately after I went doodoo, so that was nice(:

  • Master Cleanse Day 0

    Hey ladies(: I'm officially starting MC tomorrow! I went out and bought everything I need for the detox, but I couldnt find Grade B maple syrup so I got Grade A Dark Amber maple syrup (I hope its okay). I'm super excited! I cant wait to see those magic digits in 1 week(:
